Young Professionals

Fellowship

The SUNM Young Professionals Fellowship (YPF) is an annual professionally-oriented trip to Israel in June for 20 non-Jewish young professionals aged 22-29 who work in finance and high-tech fields. The Fellowship’s mission is to help ensure that the next generation of leaders have the requisite knowledge and relationships to make informed decisions surrounding Israel and the Middle East. YPF trips aim to immerse our cohort in cultural, geopolitical, business, technological, and impact education to bring an understanding of the fabric of Israel and to build a diverse community of promising, action-oriented future change-makers. The group tours various parts of Israel, and meets with leading investors, high-tech founders, and government officials of the "Start-Up Nation".

All thanks to you for organizing, putting together an amazing group, and setting up time with the most impressive lineup of speakers. I reflected a ton on the trip, and I have learned and grown a lot! Everything from my own religious beliefs, the geopolitical climate of the Middle East, Jewish culture, building high growth startups... I feel very lucky to have had this experience and am excited to go home to more shabbats and Jewish experiences
Julie Chen

Extremely thankful for the opportunity to come to Israel on this fellowship and see just what makes this country so unique and special. From PE founders to Krav Maga instructors to the CEO of our favorite outdoor company, every perspective was meaningful to paint a picture of the state of Israel, enable us to form professional relationships, and dream a bit bigger about our impact. I am excited to continue to come together with this special group for many years to come.
